Addressing the machining challenges posed by the high viscosity of stainless steel, we employ specialized cutting and low-speed cooling processes, resulting in a smooth and clean surface finish, with mirror polishing possible upon request.

The machining process rigorously controls key parameters such as coaxiality, circular runout, and straightness, maintaining tolerances within the micron range. Multi-step composite shafts exhibit uniform dimensions across all sections, are burr-free, and operate smoothly at high speeds without wobbling, significantly reducing equipment noise and wear.

The shaft length, diameter, stepped structure, thread specifications, keyways, through holes, flat sections, and other structures can be freely adjusted; whether it’s a miniature fine shaft for equipment, an extended solid shaft for mixing equipment, a short pin shaft for automated positioning, or a special irregular spline stainless steel rotating shaft, all can be processed.

We support single-piece sampling, small-batch trial production, and large-batch long-term supply. Prototyping cycles are short, product batches have strong dimensional consistency, and parts have good interchangeability. Customers can directly assemble the products after receiving them without secondary grinding and calibration. The factory implements the ISO9001 quality management system. Finished products undergo rigorous testing using micrometers, roundness testers, and runout detectors to ensure no products with dimensional defects or surface flaws leave the factory.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don’t have drawings?
