I. Integrated Extrusion Molding Structure, Internally Adaptable to Module Installation

The module’s aluminum shell is made of 6063 aluminum alloy through high-temperature extrusion molding. The internal cavity features standardized slots and limiting steps, allowing direct housing of drive modules, circuit boards, sensors, small motors, and other components without secondary splicing.

The shell’s corners are rounded to prevent scratches on wiring during assembly. External positioning clips and threaded mounting holes are provided, while internal reinforcing ribs are integrally molded, reducing weight while increasing overall structural rigidity.

Compared to sheet metal bending shells, the extruded cavity has no splicing gaps, significantly improving sealing and structural stability, making it suitable for the packaging and assembly needs of automated equipment, servo modules, and electronics.

II. Lightweight High-Strength Aluminum Material, Balancing Weight Reduction and Deformation Resistance

The raw material is national standard 6063 industrial aluminum alloy, with a density only 1/3 that of steel. After assembly, the weight of the moving modules is significantly reduced, decreasing transmission load and energy consumption.

The aluminum material undergoes homogenization heat treatment, resulting in a dense, non-porous interior with excellent resistance to extrusion and bending. It is resistant to deformation and cracking even under long-term high-frequency vibration operation.

For heavy-duty applications, 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum can be upgraded to further enhance tensile strength, meeting the stringent load-bearing standards of engineering machinery and high-speed automated production lines.

III. CNC Precision Milling Throughout the Process, Ensuring Micron-Level Assembly Tolerances

After extrusion, the blank undergoes precision machining using three-axis and four-axis CNC machining centers. This process involves multiple steps in one operation, including end face milling, drilling, tapping, grooving, corner cutting, and precision finishing of the limiting groove.

The width of the internal cavity slots, the distance between external mounting holes, and the wall thickness are strictly controlled within ±0.01mm. The parallelism of the slots and the flatness of the outer shell end faces are all controlled through precision programming.

Precise dimensions ensure a tight fit between module components, preventing issues such as loose assembly, jamming, or excessive gaps. Mass production ensures uniform dimensions for each shell, guaranteeing stable assembly compatibility.

IV. Integrated High-Efficiency Heat Dissipation Chamber for Continuous and Stable Module Temperature Control

Aluminum alloy possesses excellent thermal conductivity. The one-piece molded inner cavity features multiple vertical heat dissipation fins, significantly increasing the heat dissipation contact area and rapidly dissipating heat generated by the circuit board and drive module.

V. Diverse Surface Treatments for Wear Resistance, Rust Resistance, and Adaptability to Complex Working Conditions

A complete set of surface strengthening processes can be customized according to the usage environment:

Natural Brushed Finish: Retains the delicate texture of the metal, with moderate cost, suitable for indoor clean and automated workshops;

Anodizing (Natural/Black/Colored): Forms a dense oxide film on the surface, wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, moisture-proof, and rust-proof;

Hard Anodizing: Improves surface hardness, resists friction and impacts, suitable for construction sites and dusty working conditions;

Sandblasting: Matte, delicate texture, fingerprint-resistant, and a high-end, clean appearance.

After treatment, the outer shell is not easily oxidized or rusted, and will not peel or fade over long-term use, balancing protective performance and aesthetic appeal.

A4: We accept 50% as a payment deposit, when the goods are prepared, we shoot photos or videos for your check, and then you can pay the balance. For small quantities, we accept Paypal, the commission will be added to the order. For big amounts, T/T is preferred.

Q5: How to deliver the goods?

A5: We deliver the products by courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or factory?

A6: We are factory direct with 17 experienced engineers and more than 50 employees as well approximate 3,000m2 workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we don’t have drawings?

A7: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?

A8: Absolutely yes.

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?

Q10: Is it possible to know the operation status of my products without visiting your company?

A10: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
