Digital precision machining Exquisite creating high-performance core components
From aerospace engine blades to new energy vehicle motor housings and precision connectors in 3C electronics, almost all core components of high-end products rely on precision CNC machining technology. With its digital, automated, and high-precision characteristics, it has completely revolutionized traditional machining methods, solving the shortcomings of insufficient precision, low efficiency, and structural limitations of traditional processes, becoming an indispensable core support for the upgrading of high-end manufacturing industries.
I. Micrometer-Level Precision Control: Defining the Quality Benchmark for High-End Manufacturing
The core advantage of precision CNC machining lies in its extreme precision control capabilities, which are unattainable by traditional manual machining and ordinary machine tools. Through computer digital programming and a closed-loop servo control system, the motion trajectory of precision CNC equipment is precisely controlled at the micrometer level, with core dimensional tolerances stably reaching ±0.005mm, and form and position tolerances such as coaxiality and perpendicularity controlled within ±0.003mm, equivalent to 1/20th the diameter of a human hair.
To ensure the stability of precision, the entire machining process is fully automated and unattended. Simultaneously, high-end CNC equipment equipped with an online inspection system can measure workpiece dimensions in real time during machining, ensuring 100% dimensional consistency among thousands of products in the same batch. This extreme precision not only ensures perfect assembly of parts but also significantly improves the operational stability and service life of equipment, making it an inevitable choice for industries with extremely high reliability requirements, such as aerospace.
II. Multi-Axis Integrated Machining: Breaking Through the Machining Limits of Complex Structures precision machining
Traditional three-axis machining can only complete the machining of the top surface and simple sides of workpieces. When dealing with complex curved surfaces, irregular cavities, and inverted structures, multiple clamping and disassembly of multiple parts are often required, which is not only inefficient but also leads to stress concentration and cumulative accuracy errors.
Five-axis machining can perfectly machine various free-form surfaces, twisted blades, complex cavities, and other structures that traditional processes cannot achieve. For example, the integral impeller of an aero-engine has dozens of complex twisted blades. Using five-axis machining, it can be integrally formed without welding or assembly, increasing overall strength by more than 50% while increasing machining efficiency by 3 times.
III. Integrated Milling-Turning Center
Milling-turning center technology represents another major breakthrough in precision CNC machining. It integrates more than ten machining processes, including turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping, onto a single machine, achieving a “one-clamp, all-in-one” machining mode. Complex parts that traditionally require movement between multiple machines such as lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines can now have all processes completed in a single clamping operation on a milling-turning center.
