I. Integrated Design-Manufacturing Services:
1) Topology Optimization and Lightweight Design: Based on given loads and boundary conditions, we use software to generate optimal material distribution schemes, maximizing weight reduction while ensuring rigidity and strength, and generating lightweight geometric models that can be directly used for CAM programming.
2) In-depth Manufacturability Analysis: We assess machining accessibility, propose design modification suggestions such as optimizing rib layout, fillet radius, and wall thickness uniformity, ensuring that excellent designs can be manufactured efficiently and with high quality.
II. Strategic Applications of Materials
1) High-rigidity precision platforms: 6061-T651 aluminum alloy is selected for semiconductor equipment cavities, optical platforms, and precision measuring instrument bases. Its excellent machining stability and moderate strength are key.
2) Special application structures: For example, high-damping aluminum alloys are used for vibration damping bases, or aluminum-based composite materials are applied to meet special performance requirements.

III. We have built an advanced process chain to address the full challenges of manufacturing large, complex, and thin-walled aluminum structural components
1) Using large CNC gantry milling machines or high-rigidity five-axis machining centers, precise reference surface machining is performed on pre-stretched aluminum plates with extremely low residual stress, establishing an unquestionable geometric reference for all subsequent processes.
2) Efficient roughing and step-by-step stress release: A high metal removal rate (MRR) roughing strategy is adopted to quickly excavate internal cavities and remove large amounts of excess material. For deep-cavity or giant structural components, staged roughing and vibration aging or natural aging between processes are employed to release secondary stresses introduced by roughing. This is crucial for controlling deformation during final finishing.

IV. Multi-Axis Linkage Semi-Finishing and Finishing
1) Complex Internal Cavities and Rib Networks: Utilizing five-axis linkage capabilities, direct, high-precision machining of deep cavities, negative angle areas, and high aspect ratio reinforcing ribs is achieved, ensuring uniform wall thickness and clear root corners.
2) High-Precision Assembly Features: Precision mating surfaces, locating hole systems, and threaded holes connected to other components are finished in a single clamping operation, ensuring that positional accuracy, perpendicularity, and surface quality meet sub-micron requirements (e.g., Ra below 0.8μm).
1) Machining Process Control: Strategies such as symmetrical machining and variable speed cutting are employed to balance cutting forces and thermal effects.
2) Online Measurement and Adaptive Machining: An integrated on-machine measurement system is used to detect feature dimensions and shapes in real time after key processes, achieving a closed loop of machining-measurement-compensation.
3) Stress Relief and Final Finishing: After all major processing is completed, a final stress relief treatment is performed. This is followed by fine deburring, sandblasting, and vibratory finishing to achieve a good edge condition and surface texture.
